Yeah, I agree. For me, I used a spirit box app and got negative spirit attachments onto me. It’s easy to get them into my life, but it’s really hard to get them out of my life. I’m thinking about learning how to do reiki to get them out, hopefully it works tho.

What about using a pendulum with a letter chart? I've used this as a way to connect with my deceased father, and so far have not experienced anything bad. My Father talks to me using this method, and tells me he loves me and not to cry etc, when he sees I get upset. I blow him air kisses and give air hugs, and he always says he received that.

What if you are the negative one? How do you let all that anger and jealousy go in this world? What if you used to be different but your life/experiences changed you a lot? I pretend often to be positive and give ppl good advice and support as they come to me with all their life problems and needs BUT I'm exhausted and angry and burnt out. They dont know I'm annoyed and that I carry so many hard things of my own(that they never ask about and dont care about..its all about them) and Im tired and wish they would just handle their own life and some of the trivial problems they have ..but I carry it inside. It weighs me down and I have gotten so angry, resentful and negative over the years. 😢

@@kayligo That is a very interesting approach. Thank you 💜 My friend (who is alos a family counselor to others) also recommended a couple books too. One about setting boundaries and living the life I want. I asked her how she seems so happy even when eveyone dumps things in her lap..she said because in the end she chooses herself and her own health and best interest first. She let me know it isn't selfish to say no and only do for others what you choose to do. I'm still having a hard time with that. 💕 I never tell anyone no when they call or need something or ask me for help. But I will work on it..and also look into your suggestion too♥️

I’m just so confused. Because how can you not be jealous when there are people so blessed to be so beautiful and with that comes so much more opportunity for happiness and there lifes are easier. Good for them. But how can some people be so happy when they honestly just wish they had a better life. Curious about children. Are they earthbound when they haunt? I wouldn’t think of most children who pass from illness, for example, or something worse, are negative and thus stuck. I'm fairly certain I get my deceased father through, as he gives me advise and tells me he sees me when I cry etc. I send him blow kisses and air hugs and he always replies by saying he received that. My sister got me using a pendulum, but she only asks it yes /no questions, she doesn't think a letter chart is necessary.
