Gabi you need blackout blinds. I am from Turkey and gurl believe me we have 40 Degrees some areas upton 50. You have to air out your flat in the nights and have blackout blinds completely covered from 10/11 am upto 6-7 pm otherwise its never gonna be cool. Also you wont need the aircon that much and it will save you money. I live in Germany in the south and we have around 35 degrees and this is what we do. We dont have a aircon and only one fan and mini cooler tjingy

Life-changing tip to deal with the heat: wrap a wet towel around your feet to sleep at night. Drops your body temperature and helps you sleep like a baby!

In Germany it's sooo hot as well :( the worst is when it's like 30-35° but your cat wants to sit on your lap no matter what. And you don't want to push her off bc you don't want her to feel unloved ;( so you sit there slowly dying inside bc it's so hot!

I live in Australia and we’re lucky that we have regular air conditioning here, I can only imagine how you must feel without proper air con 🥵 I absolutely hate summer too hahaha, winter all day every day please 👏🏼

the shower oil is just glorious!! smells amazing and the scent stays and keeps your skin so smooth u won't need the lotion haha i put mine on after a shower a little goes a long way!!
