I describe here my life as a son living without working or a job how do I live without work.... bank of mum and dad, inheritance and living with the silver spoon in my mouth. Do we have to work if we don't need to. Parental support has been a major factor and welcome...

Good for you. Who cares if you haven’t had a “typical /normal” life whatever that is. You come across as a decent human being which is what counts Tony.

Hi Pete, hopefully you still enjoying the "new" content, I think it's definitely still very much me, just added or reusing older more consumer friendly kit that may or may not (so far limited success but early days) find some new people out there. We are still totally mad here, thank you for stopping by sorry for delay in reply.

Cheers for the reply Tony. Yes still enjoying the content and you being you. Seems to be even more channels that are following the trend of sacrificing content for subs. Glad your your not. Keep up the great work. All the best Pete 👍

Well done Tony. I'm not the least bit surprised by your story ... you're not a conventional type of guy - neither am I (well, I hope not anyway 😀😀) and you were never likely to be in the 9-5 world. Keep on enjoying what you do and making us smile with your 'work'. Cheers!

Tony, it was really good to hear you. I jumped across to live feed and came back to watch rest of this. I think that you probably needed to share that stuff. I’d usually find someone doing that on a platform like this as a bit self-seeking but I didn’t have that experience listening to you because you’re authentic and that is a quality that your vlogs have that I really don’t see in anybody else’s.

Being anti social isn’t rare so don’t worry about thinking you’re the only one. We love other people but we prefer not to spend any time with them 😂 It’s just so much easier being away from everyone. But, it is nice to see them now and again 😁 Keep enjoying your own experiences 👍🏼

I got a more than my fair share of grief at school too. And similarly was mad on old planes. I used to have to tape the Battle of Britain film (1969) whenever it came on telly cause I would wear the tapes out watching it literally everyday. I now own it on DVD. Thats a win right there. All I wanted to be was a Spitfire pilot, was never great a school work so when I got glasses at age 12 I totally gave up on school. Pat the dog for me eh? John.

Thanks for sharing this. I was a Reagan conservative and I loved Margaret Thatcher. The woman invented soft serve ice cream so how could I not! I'm a retired FedEx courier. Got on with them after a stint in the Air Force. My grandfather was a well driller and could do just about anything mechanical and was also was an accomplished carpenter and electrician. I told him once that if FedEx fell through I'd be in a world of hurt because I couldn't do much else. Got married at 51 and we don't live together anymore. A lot of things kept from me before marriage like pot smoking. Her grown daughter moved in and let's just say I would rather live in a Honda Element than live with her very angry daughter. Which I did for 7 months. Went to Mexico for 3 months then moved in with my dad when he had knee surgery at 82. Then I had a heart attack and double bypass last March. And now in Argentina living on about $400 a month while paying off bills at home. In an Airbnb now after 3 weeks of camping. Intend to get together enough savings to live in state parks in New Mexico living out of a Toyota Prius and a yet to be figured out camping outfit. Leaning towards rolling out the MLD bivy every night then tossing it in the back of the Prius every day. Or I may go back to Argentina. The U.S. is getting very expensive. All this to say you are a KZbin influencer. At this point in my life trying to figure things out your videos have given me some inspiration. Keep up the good work!

So where do you sit on The Sunday Times Rich List, Tony ? Ha. . You've answered a question that I've wondered for nearly 10 years and I'm glad you did, but not the back story which you chose to add. I'd come to the conclusion that you were a professional, full-time photographer who had added a drone service to his offerings. When you started warbling, I thought he's an undertaker ! :-) Waist I worked very hard in my employment, I always thought that being comfortably retired was a better way of spending your 'time'. You've done that, so quite an achievement. . It does beg the questions of why you don't camp more often, travel further afield and not buy a tent with a sewn-in groundsheet ? :-) (I guess it's to do with duties in Bristol). ATB, Tony, don't change.
