Great review and your hair looked gorgeous! 😍 I think your wash and go may have been too flexible because Glycerin is the second ingredient in both the Curldaze moisturizer and the gel. Glycerin pulls moisture into your hair, but unfortunately all that moisture will make your wash and go frizzy, fluffy and undefined. Try the Cantù curl activating cream with the Wetline extreme gel. You will get a bomb wash and go. Actually, the Cantù cream may work well with the Curldaze gel. Good luck!

My hair is hipo too! Although mine must be at the top of the hipo spectrum b/c my hair and esp my ends are very fragile. I could NEVA use a Denman brush to detangle my hair. I can just feel my ends snapping off just thinking about it!

CurlDaze has been blowing up recently and I really want to try it out, the only problem is im not sure if it will work on me. I have 4c hair with low porocity and it seems like you have 3c-4a hair with higher porosity levels, so im not sure if I should spend the money on this product. Do you recommend I buy it? Or are their better products out there that would work better for me and my hair type?

I can’t recommend the gel necessarily based on how it worked for my hair. The moisture crème I would definitely recommend. I would suggest watching the actual curl daze creators videos. I believe she has low porosity hair so these may work better for you than they did for me!

I tried this crap too and it’s just that crap. It didn’t work for me. It didn’t define my natural curls as stated and my hair was dried out the first day.
