What do idols do the night before an MV shooting?

This is my first time making a video like this hahaha
Today, I prepared something called Solar Night.
It was taken one day before the music video was filmed.
I dyed my hair that day and had a long day. I turned on the camera the moment I got home and recorded the process of the long night.
When you have important things the next day or when you have to wake up very early, you tend to not sleep well right (?)
I think I didn't sleep well either ^^
I think I was very tired haha
Since it was one day before, I had to manage my condition and prepare everything well so it could be presented well. I guess I had a pretty busy night doing this and that.
It's only once in a lifetime thing, so I've put more attention towards it.
Even though the camera turned off, I actually woke up halfway :(
Maybe it's because I didn't sleep well... I opened my eyes and stared into space for an hour or two before falling asleep again :( I think I don't sleep well on days like this...

Solar's struggles to sleep is hilarious yet a little sad at the same time, and very much relatable. She's mentioned she loves listening to white noise to sleep and it's really true lmao. I know how frustrating this kind of sleeplessness is. The kind of sleep where you try to squeeze sleep into a short timeframe is the hardest. It feels like the pressure of not falling asleep and making good use of your time stand between you and sleep. Even though it is a part of Solar-nim's job, I really hope there is more time for her to get carefree sleep.

Solar-nim, I don't know if you're already doing this or this will work for you, but I tried it before and it helped a lot. Before, because of my work schedule, I couldn't get enough sun exposure. I set 15 minutes aside to stand out in the sunlight and it helped me sleep better. Hopefully this was just a special circumstance because of your phenomenal mini-album release.
