That's how my cat Cleo was, she'd spend all night sleeping with her nose pressed against mine if she could. If she sensed I was awake or woke up herself, she'd start purring really loudly and stretch her paws out to wrap around my face. She's gone now, but I spent a decade sleeping with a feline face hugger, and I miss it horribly sometimes

I love how everyone knows each other’s boundaries. Like…mom’s eyes are closed so she’s off limits. Dad is fair game and will give scritches anytime. Only one doggo on the bed at a time. And cats stay up top so doggos can jump up. 😂 This family is aware of one another and respectful! Absolutely beautiful.

I was waiting for the cats to wake up at some annoying time during the night and engage in their typical 'cat frenzy' running around and making a lot of noise... completely baffled that they actually just stayed on the bed quite peacefully until the morning. Very adorable. Our cat likes to snuggle at night, but she'll only stay the whole night occasionally and usually wakes me up at some point requesting food or play.

I see an 8-member pack keeping each other safe and comfy while everybody snoozes. The waking up and moving around is sort of a keeping-watch behavior that many social animals seem to do! I always sleep better when there are others to keep me safe (especially if those "others" are the fuzzy, cuddly kind!). Also very impressed that nobody was a bed hog. 😀

I'm a new cat guardian and have wondered if my cats sleep at all at night. I now think they probably do. I built two cat beds with steps leading to them on my wall next to the bed and they love them for when they really want to fall asleep as opposed to cat napping. They still come and sweetly let me know it's time for them to be feed. Usually with soft sniffs to my face, which are like little kisses. I had them rescue me a couple of months ago, as I suffer from combat ptsd. Wish I had opened myself up to this way of life ten years ago! They have been tremendous companions and a source of love and comfort.

На самом деле это очень неудобно, невозможно полностью расслабиться, сон очень тревожный, потому что стараешься лишний раз не двигаться, чтобы случайно кошку не прижать и не ударить конечностью. Вот полежать с ними часик в обнимку здорово, но ночью спать лучше раздельно, или надо чтобы кошка спала на подушке, над головой, или сбоку от подушки, но они все время перемещаются.

So nice, beautiful and loving but terribly tiring this lack of real quiet rest and sleeping?? At home, We have 2 cats and 1 dog... The dog sleeps in his room, one of the cat with us, she's very quiet and calm.... The other cat sleeps with our son. I wouldn't be able to sleep a minute with all you adorable pets 😅 👏

😂😂😂 what a sweet family you have! I absolutely LOVE that you allow your pets to get the emotional comfort from you that they couldn't get during the day, with everyone busy with life, by letting them sleep on your bed with you!!!❤ We had a king sized bed, but we had an adult male Mastiff that would Only sleep between us, then a big Fat beagle that slept across the bottom. Then a big Fat cat slept circled around my head and another fat cat that always slept in my arms(I'm a side sleeper), when I rolled over he would just move with me! Sadly, all are gone now... from babies to old age, long lives... ages when they left-16 years, 14 years, 13 years and 11. It brought such joy and fun Every night for my husband and I, something always happened to make us laugh together at the antics that would go on 😂! What a blessing and a privilege it was ❤

This makes me miss when i used to sleep on my friends couch as a teen. Their little half persian cat would climb on top of my chest and sleep there. She was hiding most of the day and sometimes i would pay her a visit wherever she hid at the moment, then when everyone went to bed she would come out and come say hello to me. She had the softest little purring too.

Brilliant. My lurcher starts under the duvet cuddled up to me and I wake to him still under the duvet but with head hanging out of the bottom of the bed! Love dogs and cats
