Bowling pants should have some spandex or lycra. A belt line rigid enough not to fold in half them you lean forward at the waste. Breathable fabric, especially in the groin area. It's not typically cold in centers. Let's see a bowling apparel company step up and Make Bowling Pants Great Again

curious what u guys think about a couple of local bowlers that are scratch that go to every local tournament and pool their money and get in every bracket at every tournament to dominate the brackets and then chop the money at the end , so pretty much no matter what u are playing one of them in every bracket even if u yourself kick ass. i quit doing brackets for the most part because of this , making the tournaments a bit less fun. i am good enough to beat them both but not both of them in the same dam bracket every time.

Max handicap should be implemented in all sanctioned leagues and tournaments. If you average 150 on your league and bowl a tournament and average 180, your max handicap should go down. Instead of basing handicap off current average, it should be based on max handicap. Most bowlers do not get worse, they get better. There will be exceptions, injury, old age, etc.. the exceptions can prove they have a valid reason and reset their max handicap over the next 9 games of league. The exact math to calculate a max handicap would need to have the rules defined, but the idea is your max handicap can never up, only down.

I knew you 2 wouldn't like the phaze ai. Nobody really cared for the journey either. Seems like pearl tx16 is a weird cover.

How does Stu think the NU counts as urethane when NU = NOT URETHANE?? I think the NU was a good first attempt but it needed some tweaking. I have two, and both do the same thing. They're AMAZING for a game, then they're DEAD. Yes, I'm a Lefty, and I do think that having more traffic helps, but in the end they work great then you have to bail on them and I am not looking for a ball I can only throw for one game. I'm really looking forward to the Level. Lefties REALLY need pieces like that. I don't like buying Storm equipment, but I certainly will buy a Level. I am glad to see Storm doing something different, and I am optimistic more good stuff will come out of their Labs.

Because the rule states, urethane and urethane like. I didn’t really focus on whether the nu counted or not, cause it didn’t affect me at all.

@BeefandBarnzy Hmmmm.... I guess that's maybe why Storm is being so vocal about the Level being resin.

As far as handicap goes, I think EVERY league that has a prize fund should be scratch. Period. If you're bowling for money, and winning matters, then bowl scratch. If the lower average bowlers complain, tell them to GO F'N PRACTICE and get better. Otherwise, bowl for fun and ditch the prize fund.

Are there not enough scratch leagues where you’re at? Please help me understand this line of thinking.
@Jason_P4 күн бұрын
@@its_Kris There are only two scratch leagues that I know of in this entire region (Denver area). Both are far apart, hard to get into, and are second shift leagues so they are done ridiculously late. Everything else has handicap of 100% of 230.

@@its_Kris very few in my area too as far as I know 0 currently I knoa I saw a sign up for atleast 1 last year though

@@Jason_P 230 is excessive. Everything around me is 10% of 220. Also around here, the sanctioned leagues worth bowling have a league average of 210+ so there’s not a lot of handicapped bowlers able to make a team.
