What do we feed cattle?

We are stacking triticale bales and putting them in the barn with the alfalfa bales. Front end loader is a CAT and the little tractor is a John Deere. Harvest is starting in about a week. Get your popcorn out, it should be a good one!

Maybe the variety of things to do will be the thing you need this year. I ask myself the same thing some days... why do I even bother farming? Then there's those days where it's just you and the machine and no one to pester, and that's why I keep farming lol That sandy loam soil you picked up looks exactly like some of our soil here too

Agreed. This place is much less of a push compared to the last one with the 18 hour days. Much more laid back and not as many hours
