The chicken chunks always comes with either a first strike bar or a marble pound cake. The best MRE. Beef stew and beef strips are also good

Sack lunches are crazy. I don't get how I could eat like shit yet come out fit after my roll. The sacks at the Mosquito were some of the best I've ever had.

Idk the menu number but Asian style beef strips for me was the best one. The only MRE I've eaten that had real vegetables in the entree. Delicious!

They don't even feed you enough! Cal-fire was the IC on a fire up north last season for 6 days. We had the best breakfast and lunches until division came and handed it off to the feds

The MRE flavors have all changed since I was last in a fireline. But I HATED them, some of them back then were horrible, the "pork patty" ugh!

MRES are awesome. I had them while I was in the marines. This was in the 90's though. I liked all of them. Lol.
