@Mio, absolutely love your use of empi chudan, I teach this very same technique to my female karateka, also kingeri, shuto to his neck, yokogeri to the outside of his knee, for ippon kakatogeri to his spine, a woman with practice can deliver these techniques in less than 4 seconds especially if you are a black belt in karate !
