Talo and uga. I remember in the 80s eating a fua vi, my nena had gone to Niue and brought a whole lot of them back to NZ. The taste is so hard to describe but I loved them even eating around the prickly middle part.

Hey, thanks for your support. We steam it for about 3-4hours. Steaming is good as it doesn't burn the food no matter how long you cook it....lol
