I can't believe you can buy that for $250k. My house in Clover is smaller than that and all the sites say it is worth north of $300k

Our average right now in this area is 280k And that's after homes have gone up 20% in the past year. That's a big reason so many investors love buying investment properties here because they can get them cheap with good rents
