We love all you videos! I have to agree with the person that posted below that the prices are too high. There are just too many places in this gorgeous country that you can live in for much less.....and yes, with views and acreage.

What places are you speaking of? What makes TN attractive to us is the low property taxes and of course it’s beauty.

Tennessee is one of the less expensive places to live in the United States. Over the last two years prices have gone up everywhere. It is a bit of a shock! I will be doing a video about homes 300k to 400k very soon. I’m sure there are places you can purchase lower priced homes. However, TN doesn’t have state income tax and property taxes are extremely low. Most buyers are considering more than just the price of the home.

I'm looking for a place on a lake... Piney Flats or another lake close by that allows power boats... budget around 800K and no less than 2500 sq ft with at least an acre. NO HOA either. I'll be retiring there within the next year from the east coast of Virginia,
