Wow. This was very interesting. All of it. The orchard is beautiful. Thanks for going all over visiting these places. Sounds like alot if work growing them. People don’t realize all the work that goes into this.

Paul, I became addicted to fruit trees. My neighbors will soon think that I’m evolving into a chimpanzee.

As a kid I grew up next door to a neighbor that raised tropical fruits on his five acres. Lychee, mango, figs, pecans, grapefruits, tangerines star fruit and guava. All of them delicious but my favs where the mangos and the lychee. His trees were very old and huge in size all the kids played and feasted during the days of summer on those trees.

I love your videos a lot but please either pronounce it as “Lee-chee” or “Ly-chee”. Every time you say “Lee-chay” my eye twitches!

It would be interesting to understand how Ravi decided to farm? He appears to be a professional who came to this field. Not born into it but out of passion...

Chill hours are temps between 32-45F. Temps below 32F don't count and temps above 60F will subtract from previous chill hours.

My sweetheart lychee fruited this year and last year, but the fruit didn’t stay on. It seems to require more water than my other fruit trees. What do you think?
