Hi Nicole, First of all thank you for sharing your knowledge, I really enjoy watching your videos. I had 3 years experience working as IT Helpdesk Technician/Analyst II but I am currently working as clinical operations VA for Health Care company remotely and after watching several of your videos I decided that I need to try master 1 career path for my future. After watching some of your videos I feel like I want to switch career that I can really master but I am confused what should I choose from these 3 options: 1. Cybersecurity 2. Cloud Computing 3. Data Analyst. My Education Background : Bachelor of Technology in Information System. MY GOAL: To master skills from either one of those three options and can work remotely. Question/Request: Would you be able to help me by suggesting what skills I should master and the career path tree based on my experience and goal? ​​@@nicoleenesse I filled out the form for your upskillcyber program for like 3 weeks to a month ago but never head anything from you. I am looking to make a career switch from the commercial real estate/property management to Cybersecurity (either IAM or GRC). In my current role as Workplace Services Coordinator, I handle all access control for properties by programming/activating & deactivating credentials/ key fobs for tenants and vendors/contractors, monitoring event tracker, setting up schedules for access devices in both on-premise and cloud, IT support and AV set up for meetings etc. !I also deal with a lot of vendors/contractors. I essentially coordinate the day to day operations of a Commercial property.
