This actually sold last year for 1.85 mil... so... this would be what 2 million could get you in that area... the 1 mill would be a bit smaller... I'm from the area... someone's gotta keep it honest... 😉 Have a great day everyone...

Curious about how many square feet this is... I'm relocating from Cleveland, Oh to Charlotte, NC and this looks like quite a bit more square footage than what is offered down there at this price point. Of course, I'm moving to escape the winters and not sure Columbus is far enough South!

It’s about 12,000 square feet. Went out at about 1.8. Have fun I Charlotte, Columbus definitely not far enough South.

You are correct the value of this home is well over a million dollars, and the property taxes are extremely. Be careful using Zillow to determine values of homes. They lost half a billion dollars last your because they could do it correctly in their own ibuying business

They’re going to keep going up- they have a new tax plan for all Ohio - there’s section 8 housing down the street- guy just sold his 700,000 house he just built and they put low income housing in his backyard- after raising taxes

i'm sorry but, fo 1 million dollars....i want the rooms on that main 1st floor level to have doors and walls. the only place on that main first floor level is that wood paneled office. a home with few walls costs less to build and yet you are being overcharged for less house!!!....don't get me wrong, it's a nice home, i would just prefer some place where i can have a private conversastion.

If you want to live by low income housing- Come to Ohio - land of diversity- where You have to pay out the nose - 3 rd world country a couple of miles away from 161 full of diverse people, that the city moved all these people there and house prices dropped by more then half - and all those older people lost value in their homes- from 2003- 2023
