Caring for the earth is not worshipping it. Caring for the earth is obeying God's first assignment from God to protect and care for the earth Gen 2:15.

We should spend more time perfecting our daily life in serving God than wasting brain power on things the individual has no power to change or influence. The only thing we should seek is being there when revelations 22: 20 comes about.
