I had a question not pretaining to this video- when you are bringing your hands to the ball, is it ok for your hands to leave from close to your body? And what is your opinion on the swing rail?

i don’t think so...You speak of lever physics... to start the batter needs to grip and approach the ball in order to implement said lever physics... Which means there connective tissue, muscles, bone alignment and tendons need to be in the right position.... By the way it’s not all about BAT SPEED... The contact point is and ought to always be at the mid point of the release which OUGHT to be centered across you chest or face....And the release should be behind the batter meaning the spinal engine is working behind the batter so it’s not centered per se.... Even release is not a good way to describe this... There are two releases and they have to be performed in a particular sequence... I have no idea what your talking about... well I actually do... You have a lot of great information but still don’t see the whole picture and as such don’t know what questions to ask .... There are two swings ... ~DM
