RBs in general have been devalued over the last 20 years. The position as a whole, because of the investment risk - age and injuries. There is a full pipeline of RBs who can step in off the practice roster or the return team who can give you 10-12 carries a game for a spell. RBBC has killed the RB pay packet. Henry is one of a kind - a legit bell-cow in 2024 - but he is a "kind" - a RB

Last year... The Ravens are screwing Lamar by not getting him any weapons on the outside. They get weapons and have a rinse and repeat of the year before. This year... They haven't had a consistent RB. So they get Henry. What will the excuse be going forward if it still isn't enough for post season success? The guy insisted on being paid $52M/yr. Go out there and win. He's playing for one of the best organizations, one of the best coaches, and has one of the best overall rosters.
