I was reading 1 Corinthians 1:4-9 ...the words in verse 6, (eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ )- was a light bulb moment for me. Most think that truth will be revealed to us when Jesus comes back for his children. That we should be eagerly waiting for his return so we will know all things. This means that when we are walking in the light of his truth daily - we are eagerly waiting for him to show us more of him. This truth was an eye opener. God Bless You!

The way to the father is through the reality which Christ has made manifest inside of you. Jesus came to awaken us to the understanding that we have a beacon of light inside us placed there by god before our birth. That light was made dim in us in the fallen state. We feel it from time to time as a child even up to our adult years but do not understand it because it hasn't been revealed. Jesus reveals that light of truth God gave us to guide us so that we can turn from the past darkness and repent to the father for our sins in truth. Jesus was no different from us. He was 100% human zero percent god. He was created for the purpose of showing us the light already present within us given to us by God and that we can overcome our fallen state by clinging to light within us. He showed us that.

There are really only 2 things Jesus told people to do 1) Give to the needy and poor and 2) Jesus told people that "the way to the Father is through me".... > which is the KEY to becoming a "BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN" that Jesus was referring to when Jesus was talking to Nicodemus in John 3:3-7. You have to remember that God cast Satan out of Heaven and gave Satan dominion over the earth which means that Satan already has people's souls when they die due to people's thirst for money, materialism, greed, and power. If a person wants to know God is really out there then a person "MUST" be willing to give up most of what they have to the poor and needy just as Jesus had instructed to his followers. By doing this action of "giving to the poor and needy" God will 1) reveal himself to you and 2) honor his word in the Bible and take care of you till you die as well as when enter the gates of Heaven. There is nowhere in scripture that indicates that this information "the way to the Father is through me" is meant for people after their death. This information that Jesus gives Nicodemus is meant for the "living" which why a person must act "NOW" as it is too late after a person dies.

Im a millennial by 1 year, Im 34. I am not completely captured by my time , I learned alot from the time before me and absorbed it and connected with people older when I was young . I dont buy into this generation of bs and hedonism. I do believe in hard work and treating others with respect. Im not completely unaffected by the last 20 years thoughbut I feel like you cant characterise a full generation , that is judging is it not. Plus the world is constantly changing with population,economy etc maybe the world is just a worse place to grow up regardless of technology etc and you can only blame the generation before us if we are their children

The meaning of that line "No Man Comes to the Father Except Through Me" means that God won't reveal Himself until you have done what Jesus had asked of His followers. Remember, the Bible is a general guidebook for the "living" and once a person dies the Bible is useless. Therefore all the information contained in the Bible is meant to be used while people are still alive. How do we know this? Since God is an omnipotent being who is unable to tell untruths (there is no need since God already knows absolutely everything thus there is no needs for God to ever lie, especially when the Bible mentions that people ~ people's spirits ~ are God's children, since God is an eternal spirit and God made people's spirits in His own image, which means that the spirits in us are eternal like God is). Which is also why Heaven and Hell are eternal spiritual realms which people's spirits will go after they live out their lives here on earth.

I appreciate the effort, I love GOD but this makes no sense to me. Listening to everyone's idiotic answer was like getting teeth pulled. I'd like to hear the question and then the answer right after. Nobody needs to hear these people's ideas about anything. They sound lost yet speaking in riddles. Might as well start speaking in tongues and playing with snakes if this is how it goes... Yes I have much anger. I've forgiven my mother but I can't shake the anger bc in less than 2seconds she pisses me off again. What am I missing here. I know why I get mad . It's bc she doesn't appreciate being forgiven. What do I do about this?
