Different question ⁉️: Why can't civil lawsuit juries know the maximum limits on a defendant's policy prior to debating the issue? Has there ever been a jury that returned a decision that said " We the jury find the defendant, liable in the amount ( 50%; 75% or 100%) of the insurance policy?
