I always find these videos informative. I have very significant degenerative Scoliosis and loss of height at all levels and 4 prolapsed discs. I wish I lived in America because these treatments are not available here in Scotland UK. I'm 58 years old. Scoliosis only confirmed 2 years ago. I also have shrunk almost 2 inches!!

Very informative. As a lifelong sufferer, I am nearly 60. I have shrunk,my hump has increased and the side gets stiff. I cannot stand ,walk straight. Though I am active, my stamina has never been good. I am a long time anxiety attack sufferer. I am prone to gas and bloating

Yes, definitely, it does. Mainly lack of balance , due to postural defects, slight loss of stamina and energy levels. I am experiencing all ,as I age.
