What does that mean? | Don't cast your pearls before swine...

The value of ‘pearls ‘ is evident in the parables of the Kingdom. Intimate details of ourselves, shared haphazardly. I also feel the swine represents the swine the demons were cast into , discernment is key. Intimate details of ourselves shouldn’t be shared with just anyone lest it be used to hurt you, boundaries are a key to The Kingdom

Thank you so much for the thought and time you put into these devotions. I truly enjoy them! Our pastor did a 3 year in depth study in the book of Matthew and it was wonderful. This devotion couldn’t have come at a more appropriate time than now with what is going on in the world. People either attack us for our faith (tear us apart like dogs) or think it worthless. Hey Karen☺️ I used to be an open book- then i got bit a few times lol and realized I needed to apply some more principles of wisdom. Sometimes I would confuse restraint and discretion with secrecy or deception. But those are not the same things!! Anyway, I’m glad I mentioned this video again so you could check it out 💗
