The caste surveys will end up doing 3 three things : Every caste will start increasing population and stop spending on education. Every caste will start forming militias to protect themselves. Every caste will fight tooth and nail for more reservations, money , schemes and representation . All of these 3 things will lead to civil war just like it did in lebanon when it counted sects of Christians,Muslims which led to formation of maronite christian militia , Sunni muslim militia , Shia muslim militia and that has led to civil war mutiple times while politically this has led to deadlock , unsustainable freebies and Debt leading to currency bankruptcy, at the same time the communal violence has lead to multiple civil wars between militias.
