Need to see how this so called the act has its significant purpose achieved and going further what will the roadmap of this sees in terms of the progression and it will meet atleast basic of the learning goals by the so called pre primary and primary education including the subsequent levels and hope it will not be tampered such as the Right to the information and others by successive governments, the isolation yet clubbing with the various other things such as NEP are being associated and it gets updated with the needs of the so called education sector over time and doesnt create conflicts between the private and public organization for the overall development efforts!!
