Great video. Question, would it be worth it to incentivize the construction manager like a cash gift? Just to make sure the quality control will be superior!

No probably not. Just be kind and gracious to them. When some thing is wrong point it out in a clear way without being derogatory and telling them how terrible they are at their job. Chances are they have already seen it and are aware. You can always write them a card and get a giftcard if you want but it wouldnt have an impact on the service, but kindness will

Does the buyer really need to know the little stuff that gets fixed easily ? Or just the major situations ? ie Concrete cracks, structural etc

Main thing is be concerned with the major things. Thats why its important to hire both a realtor that knows new constuction and have the home inspected.Concrete will have surface cracks you need to be concerned when they start to grow over 1/8 in depth. Majority of the time with a reputable builder things like that get fixed and taken care of before closing.
