It's L.A, their decision making is terrible. Especially with new players/young talent. That's why all the players they traded became better on their respective teams. Their new teams developed them better and had loyalty.

I played against Andre Ingram in High School.... I played for Armstrong and he played 4 Highland Springs.... Then I played with him when I was expelled from Richmond Public School and had 3 go 2 Henrico..... he was a beast.... I never checked him because I was a point guard.... but he was a high school beast..... much respect..... he was an animal.... at Armstrong we had a 20 year old player that should have never been on the team.... we lost our whole season because of this.... never will 4get....

Because guys like him have tons of holes in their games. Yeah, everyone at the pro level can play. If they have the green light they can all score, but can they do it once a team gameplans him, And the opposing team makes adjustments night to night for years. It’s so much to building an NBA roster and what role can he play on both ends while contributing winning plays that don’t always end up in the stat sheet. We take the great players in the league for granted on how good they actually are. Every coaching staff has been working on how to slow down these guys for decades & these guys can adjust on the fly to counter. But I love this story and big kudos to a guy living a dream!
