Some bedding choices that can be helpful and less dusty for horses with airway disease may include shredded paper or cardboard (can be composted after) as well as slightly moistened saw dust. Wood pellets used for cat litter (can find at places like Petsmart) or for burning (may be found at hardware stores) can be moistened with a little water to make lower dust sawdust alternative for the trailer or stall🙂. Wow, that's a big dirty job. I suppose that you will both have a tack cleaning session as well. At least you can sit down for that in the back yard, right? All the while excercising the competition horses, so they will be at their peak. No rest for the weary before a show.

Well done in looking after your trailer guys. You see people hauling horses in delapitated, horrendous looking, rusty trailers, it’s so dangerous. I saw a poor horse after its feet went through a trailer, it was on a rescue channel. Horse Plus Humane Society. My god it was horrendous. In the uk, all trailers have to pass a road worthy inspection every year. I think half, if not 2/3 of the trailers in America would be pulled off the roads if you had to M.O.T them. Your trailer looks absolutely beautiful, it shows how much you care for your horses by the vehicle you haul them in. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Keep an eye on your trailer’s wheel bearings, it’s much cheaper to repack the bearings then replacing them. 👈🏻
