Im a mother of new-born baby(just 15 days) Since my body is of heat-type and that I have constipation in spite of taking laxatives, I have not yet started to include pepper and garlic in my diet for fear of getting my constipation worsened ..Now would it affect my uterus from shrinking on its own....Or is it important to include those items in my diet...so that the uterus care is well taken along with other things like rest etc.... Doctors don't talk about diets....I have good Kottakkal medicines for Post Partum care, even then, I haven't started them... Please share your knowledge and experience...,

There would be difference between summer time delivery and winters delivery. Kya dono hi season me same rahta h caring process ya kuch to change hota hoga, Mujhe winters ka experience h summer ka nahi, summer delivery me kaise apna aur baby ka khayal rakhein, plz is content par bhi ek video banayein ya kisi aur video me is bare me baat karein, ya agar already kiya hua h to link de dijiye. Mansi mam is just like my elder sister..during pregnancy ek connectivity ban gayi thi unse.. Agar meri behanko bhi baby hota to me usse bolti.. Har chij paise se compare nahi kar sakte .. I know very well ke hum new kharidke wash karke pehna sakte hai... But my side old clothes is best for newborn atleast 15 days.
