Sellers NEVER HAD TO PAY a buyers agent they were never told that till now.Are you telling everyone now that realtors never knew this till now after these law suits?You the listing agent does not have to do anymore work selling to an unrepresented buyer than you would to a buyer you brought except you only get one side of the commission.Sellers should not have to pay any higher commission than a regular set fee or commission %.

The way I see it coming. Buyers Agents will soon be extinct and Listing Agents will be working 7 days a week, showing properties, otherwise they arent properly servicing their clients, and they will doing both sides of the deal.
