Here in Kerala Most of the projects are delayed due to politics Vinizjam(Trivandum) port and Trivandrum airport expansion, are both of these projects that are ignored by the Kerala govt. The main example is Trivandrum Airport before Adani owns the Trivandrum airport. The airport was currently losing its passengers and profit. Many airlines have been stopped including Airasia, Saudia, OmanAir etc during 2019. But the Govt is ignoring this... They even refused Adani to buy the airport. When adani buys Trivandrum Airport in the fall of 2021, the airport is rapidly growing its profit and passengers.
