@@fakefakefake7952 hello beautiful soul, im very sorry all this happened to you, but let me tell you this: we live in a world, a 3d dimension where the most powerful women are the ones carrying sexual trauma, because we are the potency to change and elevate the vibration of the planet, thats why some dark things happened to me, to you and millions of women out there, to keep us trapped in the fear of our own sexual power... the tip i give to you is find a comfortable place near nature where you can ground yourself, feel the earth beneath your womb and start to forgive youself (hooponopono is very good for that), because we usually blame ourselves for the abuse that happened to us; so start to repeat the "i forgive myself; i love myself" till you actually feel it growing inside you (sometimes takes days dont pressure yourself) and whenever you can, explore your vagina; even if it feels uncomfortable at first times. close your eyes, take deep breaths and start to explore her with your fingers like it is a beautiful delicate flower that you cherish and wanna see it blossom; dont pressure yourself to reach a point or climax; just explore and whenever you feel comfortable start using affirmations as "i feel safe having a vagina/i love being a woman/my power resides within/i heal myself" and dont judge when you have any kind of fantasy as you start to heal and be safe within yourself; the intention is to relax and let your mind guide you to feel safe so you can actually start to feel pleasure. This are some practices ive done for years till nowadays. Theres a channel that helped me with some womb meditations that were very helpful; im going to find the name and send it to you.
