Hey man, i got broken up with on the 2nd of January 2024. And it was a really rough start of the year. Totally unexpected to me. But during the year i focused more and more on myself and my wellbeing. And now a year later i can say that I´m grateful that i got dumped because i learnt so much about myself and life in general. This year i am just going to continue to work on myself and my wellbeing and focus on the things that really matters to me. You got this man, take one day at a time. And when you are feeling a little bit better start to reflect over what you really want out of life and look inwards. I still think about her often, but i don´t want her back and I´m doing so much better on my own.

This kinda reminds me of Jung's talks about the shadow - how, in order to be whole, you must accept that part of yourself that you fear or push to the back of your mind. You made me think. Every time I think about self improvement it’s always relays back to someone else instead of doing it for myself. Like I’m trying to prove myself to people to show them that I could do what they thought I couldn’t but then I get unmotivated later in the process because I’m doing things that I’m not even interested in doing. friendly advice from a nobody, you dont have to take what i say seriously but try not pumping out videos every day 2 days, for viewers it will become boring and too repetitive. they need to crave your videos. also, alot of content creators do that and they end up repeating themselves and their content become too similar. take your time to find new ideas that are unique to you. gold is rare, thats why its expensive so take youre time. your videos are already high quality so good luck and have fun
