I've been suffering from psoriasis for the last almost15 years I did all the things like offering puja to nag devta n went to visit 5 doctors n then i finally learnt that it is an incurable diseases n can lead to cancer,depresssion n cardiac problem..but after i started watching sai baba's videos i learnt about gayatri manrta n i started to chant and i genuinely feel like my psoriasis is subsiding slowly..I wish it vanish completely...om sai ram🙏

Two mantra meditation techniques to feel peace and joy all the time: 1st technique. Please write or type the mantra (Gayatri Mantra is the most effective among all mantras because it improves memory and IQ also and cures many physical diseases apart from giving peace and joy like all other mantras) and do simultaneous Upanshu chanting (meaning chant from the mouth but without producing any sound) for at least 15 min at a stretch - when the mind gets distracted, do mantra writing or typing along with loud chanting and simultaneously hear the sound for the remaining part of the mantra and 3 more mantras. Such a mantra is in effect equivalent to 10 mantra chanted just from mouth or mentally. Mantra writing or typing along with simultaneous Upanshu chanting is the best method of chanting as per my own experience and at least 100 times more effective than chanting on mala or Vipassana or self-enquiry or other meditation techniques - hence just 15 min practice of this technique is enough. Your focus in this technique only increases with time and within few days you will start enjoying great peace and joy all the time. 2nd technique to remove unwanted thoughts during day time. Whenever any unwanted thought comes in the mind, chant the mantra loudly 3 times and focus the mind on hearing it. Then unwanted thought will go away from the mind. Being a physical technique above 2 mantra meditation techniques will suit everyone. Please practice yourself and spread them as much as possible to create a world full of peace and joy.

According to Swamys Sankalpa His answer is, No it was restricted to some people only. According to Swamys Sankalpa during my subsequent visit to Prasanthinilayam, I was enlightened about Gayatri Mantra. Really Great. Swamy is beyond Caste, Greed and Religion. Only Love, Sathyam

Respected sir Amey Deshpande, I met u you at PN yesterday (12th april23) after morning darshan when u were on bicycle. I touched your feet and told how blessed u are to be with bhagvan and had many padnamaskars of beloved swami.. That's why I bowed to you.. I wanted to tell you that you only told in this episode, how u were not allowed to board a flight to dubai since u did not had credit card.. At the last moment, the manager at b'lore airport asked you about your details. U showed your student I-card and and a photo with swami.. Seeing this, that you are so near to swami, he hugged you because of your nearness to bhagvan. Then he allowed you to board the flight.. I wanted to tell you that from your this incident only, that, when I saw you, I took opportunity and touched your feet.. U were in hurry so i just kept silence... Thank you once again for telling me that "you too are equally blessed".

Fantastic explainetion of" प्रचोदयात" Yes, गायत्री is the only मंत्र which tells what is नित्य or permanent and what is अनित्य going to vanish. If our brain can understand this then you will not Born again. You become the part of नित्य.You are that only. You are नित्य when you are alive and after the fall of this body you become part of नित्य. You become that which never born or never die.

I have been chanting Gayatri mantra daily 21 times in the mrng after I finish chanting Aumkaram and Suprabhatam. I hope to continue this forever. Though I am not seeing any big change in my life after chanting the mantra, I am sure subtly it is changing me within and in Her own way the Divine Mother is blessing me.
