I was thinking today, about the similarities of the story we all are following (the rise of Dovydas) to the story of one James Marshall Hendrix. He was unrecognized, unappreciated, ridiculed and rejected for a long time, because his sound was unlike anything heard before. *But he never stopped.*

nothing to do with gears but I genuinely feel connected to you. I wish everyone we are exposed to in the media were as creative and sincere as you are. Anyways, you are my inspiration, man. Thanks for that.

Wow, that was as good as any gear explanation I've seen. I finally get how all those gadgets come together and how the signal is routed. Not only are you a great musician, you're a damned good roadey!

Best gear explanation... ever. You must put a link in the description of all future videos to this one. This is the most valuable information a live performing artist, who is just starting out, will ever see and hear. Thanks so much!

AMT is a superb pedal. Basically an amp in a box with cab emulation and effects loop (man I sound like an advertisement). I would totally use the AMT as an amp and run your time and mods in the loop, drives in front. Make sure they send you the reverberry.

Great gear review. I love your humility which makes your immense talent easier to receive without any self condescending thoughts about our own musical talent limitations. We all have different talents and skills. I appreciate hearing a complete gear review from the artist sharing everything. Just great. Great getting free gear too! Thanks so much. :)

Thanks... About AMT... After you had presented the video where you played Universum at NAMM, I was at AMT site... and left the message there... That it is about the time they should contact you since you use their product, and use it well. Whatever the reason... Maybe they haven't read it, anyway...Who cares, but it's gonna be interesting to see what they can put together... they have a few things... Good luck...

Thanks so much for taking the time to make this video, found it very helpful and insightful. Didn't know boss has the 505 looper, I've been looking at the rc300 but this might work better for my needs. Definitely going to invest in one of those tube preamps as well. Keep rocking and keep inspiring. Looking forward to the next video

Super informative video man! Thanks for all the good tips! You don't really explain what the second DSM pedal does? Is it an amp simulator as opposed to a preamp? Also whay do you run the preamp after the compressor and the wah? I always thought the preamp should come first. Would you recommend the AMT preamp or the DSM Driver more for my style of music (check out my vids ;D)? Also how do you find using the RC-505 with your feet? is it too squishy or can it take the footpedal life? What about something like the EHX looper pedals like the 75000 or the new shiny 95000 (pretty in love with that one myself). Also what ZOOM recorder is that? is it the Z-4 or whatever it's called?

I would love to see you build a song on the looper, wondering if as you go, you play ch 1 into two and add to it to be able to re-use the first channel or is the whole song running on just the 5 separate channels at any given time?

Hiya Døvydas, ya know I’ve told you a few times how much I love your long hair & wished you would’ve worn it down a lot more often. Wow man. Thanks a lot for this. I am actually planning on starting into doing some one man band lives(in my house for now) and was really interested into what gig I would need. It is a bit expensive to get all those stuff together but I hope I can get them in a year or something. :) Thank you so much, you really inspired me into starting this. I am thinking about making some drum n bass music using a drum pad + guitar and maybe some keyboard if I can afford. I did not find anyone to do that already on youtube so it might be a good idea :)

I'm going to show my ignorance here, but I know nothing about your type of set up. I see you do not have an amp, so does this mean that your pedals feeding the cab simulator which feed your mixer/looper is the amp? I love the sound you get but I am simply confused. Thanks man, you are awesome!

You're too smart to talk about your microphone that way that little line does mean something the microphone you're using is a super cardioid microphone for folks that don't understand it's the type of microphone that you can chew bubblegum from 5 feet away and it'll sound like you're right on top of the microphone. Where as an sm58 you have to eat the mic to get the response that you want out of it. The mic you are using is comparative to the shure beta 87 which is a condenser super cardioid mic. Just saying😎
