I use nike sb solarsoft shoes, the uniforia pro euro 2020 football, and a really small, cheap tripod. But i just train in my garden so I don’t need to bring all that gear. Great vid⚽️

My only gear is.. 1. Kipsta Agility 100 Futsal shoes 2. Nike Premier League 2016/17 Ball 3. And my phone to record (will replace that with an action camera after exams). I've always considered going for something expensive, but this suffices me. 😄

Yo! I am still recovering, but I got some drills from a friend who is a bboy. He told me to do so called "wrist pushups" and wrist curls. They worked really well. But I also need to sleep with a wrist brace on, so I don't accidently sleep on my hand 🙈🙈🙈
