6:19 I use Kipsta White Pro Ball, keeping air level on maximum (fairly solid). As of shoes, Adidas Gazelle Red. Working on lowers mostly.

I really enjoyed your training session clip especially with the last come back videos were it was all about basics which really motivated me alot after 8+ months of training lower and htw but still even if I can do 2-5 htw still need to train to get good and confident without worries and frustrations.

For me I actually don’t like using freestyle shoes as I never liked the bare foot feeling that they offer, I prefer lightweight indoor football boots as they have that balance between a solid touch that helps me with tricks

I use a brazuca OMB and red 4freestyle shoes to freestyle. The air pressure plays a key role too and in my case the socks too, some socks don’t have grip for slap combinations making the ball slip. That’s why I’m now using short socks, instead of the long sleeve ones.

I have really smooth ball and my base on shoes isn’t firm, like if you know those nike shoes with a loose base, so its really hard to do with them, and my ball is not always pumped up 😅

Is ti better a size 4 or 5 ball?

Size 5! I would only recommend a size 4 to someone younger, maybe 13 years and younger. I always used a size 5 myself. If size 5 feels too big, then look for a monta ball, they are size 4.5.

Mac can u make a video on like the condition of freestyle football....like on youtube it seems to be literally dead and what do you think is needed to get this sport the kick it needs as it has got lots of potential but i literally dont see any improvement in competitions or freestyle football as a professional career.

the problem with 4freestyle shoes is that I have seen couple reviews before and after and it seems that 2 months is enough to ruin them if you use them on daily basis, and I'm on tight budget so I don't want a shoes that will be done for before I finish learning a skill
