I’ve been to three overseas concerts, my fourth to be in Budapest in may, and I am 79 from U.K. he is such a sweetheart. Chats to the audience, will sing happy birthday off the cuff, will cuddle a baby handed to him, got a girl up from the audience to sing sone of the song cos he heard her voice in the crowd etc. he loves doing the concerts, being with his dears. Apart from my family and friends, he is my favourite person in the whole world. He is such a down to earth, respectful, loving, generous, humanitarian as well as being super talented. No one like him.

Just think... only about a dozen more MUST HEAR songs by Dimash. You like Dimash's deep voice? El Amor en ti he has the most beautiful HAUNTING baritone I've ever heard...Stranger is (in my opinion) the greatest vocal tour de force ever recorded. Your Love is a great one because it starts out so that I'm sure many reactors think THEY could do it. Then you SEE their faces and they go WOW...but they aren't even close to the wow moments.

I am with you! I didn't discover Dimash until this year and now I can't stop watching and listening. I NEED to see him live but didn't realize he had a concert coming up until a few weeks ago. As I am not a weahlty person, I am wanting to see my live Dimash performance in the best seats possible, as it may be my only chance. By the time I discovered the concert, all those seats have been sold. Now that I am aware, I am hoping to get great tickets to whatever his next concert is. It is my LIFE"S MISSION. I am not neccessarily a Taylor Swift fan, but my sister is, and she got FOUR tickets to her ERAS Tour. Those are CRAZY expensive, so I figure if she could do that, I can find a way to see Dimash. I didn't realize you haven't seen Stranger yet. Judging from your honest reactions and how his music affects your whole body, it's an absolute MUST. It has such a theatrical aspect--magical--and again, showcases both his low and high registers like Olympico. I am new to Dimash as well, so I apologize that I don't have the links listed. It is the one though that starts with the choir holding candles. I am sure other DEARS have recommended this one and perhpas posted the link or at least told you the year/performace venue for this one. I previoulsy recommended Ikainide at the Tokyo Jazz Festival because I can see you appreciate the actual vocal skill as well as the skill to feel and convey to song to the listener. Still my absolute favorite. I prefer the Japanese version of this song over the Chinese version becuase for some reason, the lyrics in Japanese seem to fit the song better for my ears. I do not know any Japanese and know very little Chinese language, but I find myself (attempting--Ha!) to sing along to the Japanese version. I will be earglely watching your DImash adventure and hope you and I (and actually EVERYONE) get to see him live some day. What a time to be able to live at the same time, with such an amazing talent.

Oh and check out the I Singer performance of Adagio. He plays the piano for a brief time in this one and just has such power in this performance. I know he is young in this one, but it is AMAZING!

That performance is BREATHTAKING & for me I can’t compare to Ikanaide- they are somehow just 2 different amazing songs to me. So wonderful to see a new Dear being born!! The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. I first heard of Dimash 5 years ago. As a singer, voice teacher and coach, I was astounded by his vocal technique, artistry and stage presence. I had the great pleasure of seeing him live when he was performing in NYC about 4 years ago. He’s even more impressive live!!! In the last 5 years, he has improved in every aspect of his vocal prowess and has continued to learn and mature into one of the most humble, mature, caring humans on this planet. And, his journey is still in the early stages. I hope I get the opportunity to see more of his live performances.

I agree about the kazakh songs. But why does everyone recommend the Digital show? He was singing without an audience there and it feels like half of him was cut away. The audience is an essential part of Dimashs singing especially when he sings in kazakh.

En France, on avait un laissez-passer pour sortir uniquement pour aller travailler, la nourriture, le garagiste, les problèmes médicaux et la pharmacie et c’est tout. Personnellement, j’ai passé presque 2 ans enfermée en télétravail. Ca a été affreux. Et le pire, c’est que j’ai quand même eu le covid 😒

I’ve been listening to Dimash for over 4 years and I’m still hooked. After the very first time I heard his voice, I searched online if he had any concert near my area. This was filmed during pandemic when live performances and travel were restricted worldwide. Artists - including Dimash, if not especially Dimash- feed on the enthusiasm of their audience. This digital performance was a concert given in January 2021 virtually. If I recall correctly, Dimash opened with this performance and premiered Be with Me later in the concert. I have not been to a live concert of Dimash yet, but someday! I will acknowledge there are better visual performances of Olimpico but I have fond recollections of waiting for the concert to drop online and watching with my sister. There is so much more to Dimash than any other artist I have ever seen! Cheers from Canada.

I have seen Dimash 3 times live in concert and in May I will go to his Budapest concert. To see and hear Dimash live is a lifetime experience. He outdid every artist, every concert I have been to before. Olimpico was premiered at the opening ceremony of the European Games in Belarus 2019. It was to encourage the athletes and that explains the lyrics.

I'm not rich enough to do that...but my wife knows that if Dimash comes within 500 miles of us we ARE going to see him. He had a concert in New York a couple years ago but I didn't even know about him then. I found Dimash while looking for a singer for my wife's birthday. I've NEVER really been into singers, though I love music and taught myself to play several instruments over the years. My wife likes opera but I don't. I googled "best singer in the world" assuming it would be an opera singer. Google suggested Dimash. I showed him to my wife and she loved him but it was I who became COMPLETELY spellbound by Dimash. He's the ONLY singer I've ever listened to because of the singing. Every other song I have EVER loved...or even LIKED has been because of the music, never singers. I also HATE the type of songs Dimash sings and HATE the operatic style of singing in general. Still... I remain spellbound.

@@markupton1417 2 of the 3 concerts were within 500 miles of me. The only one further away I got the ticket and the hotel as a present I just had to pay for the flight. Budapest will be within 500 miles too. Interesting how you got spellbound to Dimash even though he doesn’t sing that type of song you like.

This song is overwhelming between the pounding drums and the strength of Dimash's voice. When he performed this at his 2019 New York concert, his voice filled all of the arena beyond the sound system. That was his only solo U.S. concert so far. He has been touring elsewhere in the world recently. We can only hope for a U.S. stop to be added.

True what people are saying...Dimash is so humble, he loves engaging with the crowd. Clearly, he wishes he could engage with each one of the audience on a personal level. From what I have seen on his Live videos, he creates an atmosphere where people/strangers feel they want to engage with each other. Absolutely amazing! So, when you has been, let us know... Dimash is the best singer and performer in the world of all time! Our beloved Dimash is not only the best singer, but he is also a composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist. During the concert Gakku sang the song 'Unforgettable Day' where he touched the note D8, a must see! Practically Dimash manages to reproduce with his voice, thanks to his seven octaves, all the notes of the piano and even more. Hi Blake. I've been following Dimash for 7+ years, and each time I think we've probably heard everything Dimash can do, he breaks out something totally new and fresh. Hi Blake, thank you for this great reaction. Dimash drives all of his Dears (fans) crazy, gives us chills, makes us cry and then carries on astonishing us with new material in different genres which we never expected. Olimpico and Ave Maria are perhaps my favourites, followed by the Japanese Ikanaide (there is a Chinese language version), so if you haven't heard the latter song, please do as it is sublime and his reach is just stratospheric.
