I actually have a friend who speaks to me like this. The discussion has nothing to do with music and somehow he manages to shoehorn it in. Always. It's starting to bug me because I had to put up with this for 6 months now. So I sent him this to explain why I want him to stop speaking to me in *_unintelligible music jargon that reaches far beyond guitar and even jazz skill._* Note that I actually understand what he's saying, and am just worried for anyone peeping by or overhearing us thinking we're speaking some secret code. The worst part is that I'm the very reason he does this. What did I do to set the ball rolling? Simple. Shove an out of key Megalovania in his ears every few hours. He then went through a jazz phase and eventually listened and now stan Sevish, a composer who makes songs using microtones. So that's how I got into this mess. Save me.
