I’m surprised you haven’t done the parasite mod I know it uses an older model, but I think if you did a side-by-side comparison of how fast it spreads versus skulk and the fungus mod, and from another world, it would make a good video even if they can’t be in the same version of Minecraft I think it would push the developer of the parasite mod to update his thing to the current updated Minecraft to 1.20

2:06 it’s most likely gray due to the biome color which controls the color of stuff like grass, leaves, and vines. Forgot to add, it’s probably that color because the mod dev either forgot to set the color or it was an intentional choice. I’m thinking it was probably the former. Strike that, it’s probably the latter after seeing the other dimension.

have you tried using a mod called explorer's compass? it will help finding structures easier and even teleports you over to them

You can quickly teleport by clicking on the coordinates provided by /locate lol Explorer’s Compass is good tho. Nature’s as well.
