@@Michelle-iz5bh there is no limit on how many weapons anyone can own, yes their weapons were illegal because they were modified to be full auto, but that is a very minor charge for what the ATF started and the FBI finished. plus at the time you could buy a permit to make those weapons legal, and apparently they were working on getting those permits.

@@notlogical4016 frankly, what proof does the FBI/ATF have of any of this? During the seige, I saw no fully automatic fire coming out of the compound. And if you think I'm going to trust the FBI/ATFs claims after watching them murder the witnesses, you're crazy. The National guard should've never been there, but they added trumped up charges of a meth lab to overcome Posse Comitatus. Yeah, I really trust these guys. Plus, their charge makes it a point to say that their undercover saw the "upper and lower parts of an ak47 receiver". Um, ak47s don't have uppers and lowers. And to boot, they added all these salacious accusations into the media about child brides, polygamy, sexual abuse, etc., all things outside the scope of the ATF. And the Branch Davidians were so evil and mean that they let the ATF collect their wounded.
