Bruce Campbell came to my local theater, (which I was an assistant manager at) for the premier of his movie, 'My name is Bruce', which he filmed on his property just a few miles away. I got to spend my entire lunch break hanging out with him and talking about his films. He's a wonderful human being and one of my favorite actors. It was a dream come true.

So he's a good dude? I can't always tell with actors. I know his whole persona is being kind of a lovable jerkass but I don't necessarily know what he'd be like on a low-key basis amongst just a few fans. He really is just one of those unique lightning in a bottle character actors who knows how to work what he's got and seems like he's made a really good career and had fun with it.

Bruce Campbell is one of the best actors imo. I think the main reason he never really made it as a front man in Hollywood is because he's not interested in all the shananigans involved in being part of that crowd, think ReallifeRyan had a clip in his Evil dead retrospective where he mentioned something like that. Not sure, but I think like Adam Sandler, he enjoys doing what he likes to do and I respect him for that.

Loved all his films and supporting roles like “The Hudsucker Proxy” could watch a whole movie with Jennifer Jason Leigh’s Character and “Smitty” chasing a scoop 🤘🎥🤘

01:21 Exactcly. He doesn't have the same amount of followors as Keanu Reeves but he i loved the same way by his smaller fanbase.

Ash vs Evil Dead is one of the best series ever made. Nearly flawless from beginning to end.

I clicked this video just to comment sight unseen that what happened to bruce campbell is he continued to the manliest man that ever manned while still being like totally humble and a cool guy to hang out with. You get a sub just for mentioning him and reminding me how awesome he is.

You missed Bruce's appearance in the X-Files 'Terms of Endearment' where he played a demon trying to father a human baby and failing. It's one of the best x-files episodes.

There was a lot packed in there, but I don't think I heard mention of two of my faves, The Love Bug and Running Time -- or Intruder either...

It's hard to say if that voice recording from Bruce Campbell is actually Ash or not. Bruce said he was done playing the role of Ash but only in live action. However, he is supposed to do a voice over of Ash in an evil dead cartoon series with Sam Raimi supposedly involved.
