Don't think it has anything to do with covid. Back in end 2022 it was bustling and crowded even during weekday nights. Tonight could be different because it's both weekday and raining very heavily.

先日4泊でシンガポールに滞在しましたが日本寒すぎて今となっては夢だったのかなと(笑)　この大雨の日が最終日で同じ雷聞いていたのかと思うとシンガポール旅行が本当だったんだなぁと感じました。ジブさんとシンガポールで出会えたことがないので、ぜひ大阪でオフ会してください！

Even weekdays or raining days..will not as happening as before anymore due to high inflation printing money out of thin air..everything increases tremendous especially nightlife not everyone can affort that fun. is boring n too much laws...can't even compare other countries craziness

Just ask people la The owners or workers should be able to tell you Why you kept commenting on the rain ; we know it’s raining and because it’s hitting the covers, it’s loud.
