People that are saying he deserved all the bullshit from the police and media over the years are bootlickers. Yeah he screwed up posting it on myspace (the party address) but as he said he was 16 years old, at 16 I was a complete idiot who didn't think of consequences either but that doesn't mean the state should harass him like that. Journalists are absolute scum of the earth.

I think most people's problems with Mr Worthington stem from him being a violent asshole. And not the party all those years ago. It is more likely the narrowly avoiding jail for bashing a disabled man in Geelong. If I had to guess that is.

Wait a second. So this guy didn't do anything wrong and the cops start approaching him. Instead of just peacefully clearing up the misunderstanding, he runs and jumps off a high surface and damages his legs so badly that they need 7 surgeries? What a smart move. Only second to the story about how he chased down a disabled man on a mobility scooter, dragged him off and punched him in the head and hit him with a screw driver. It's like seeing what a Mount Druitt 12 year old feral would be like as an adult, except they never grew up or got an education that allowed them to improve their socio economic status.

I stopped watching the news when I was 14, when I started to recognise it was never positive always negative and even at that age I felt like it was designed to keep people scared. I’ve never trusted it since, and I never ever trust one source. I source my own news from many outlets and never trust that one is always right. This was a great opportunity to hear the other half we never got to hear.

IYKYK that it’s not just the chronic pain that breaks you, there’s so much more & we often end up w other issues bc or alongside of the original. I’m a chronic pain patient and doctors have no idea what to do with me apart from pain management which is extremely painful in itself or makes me very sick to the point of being crippled over. My body is screwed basically everywhere but I’m disabled from my back and shoulder mainly but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I would love to know more about the cbd cream and the shoes for posture. The way you’ve been treated by the people who are meant to protect you I can sympathise with but nowhere near to your extent and have never been continually harassed by them. That’s just disgusting behaviour from people who are meant to help you. MSM is nothing but a joke and still twist everything and lie through their teeth to make a story, a story, not the actual truth. You’ve owned what you did and paid your dues and still get treated like sh1t. That just says everything about the so called protectors and MSM.

Mainstream media and cops are scum in general and also for harrassing this guy for all these years, however this guy is also downplaying his crimes. It wasn't just a party organized by a 16 year old. It was an open invite party posted on myspace which attracted hundreds of people and caused tens of thousands in damages, plus he had an arrogant attitude about the whole thing, so I think his juvenile detention was justified, the later harrassment isn't fair to him, but what do you expect from corrupt cops and court system?

In my opinion that is just a very silly and pretty short sighted thing to say. So you are just another one of these people that thinks it's reasonable to take what is the norm (possibly) today and apply it to 2008? That is just dumb and also arguably woke thinking. That is just the same as saying/thinking that it's reasonable to also take what you think is the norm today and then apply that to other decades like the 50s or 60s or 1970s and so on. Good luck getting people on board with that attitude.
