I have followed Darci Lynne since her first appearance on AGT. I am a grown man - retired policeman - US Marine- I cried for happy every time she performed. Never thought it was possible but she got better and better. She has stolen America's hearts and is like seeing a breath of fresh air every time she performs. I will check her schedule and hopefully she will be coming to Michigan or close enough so I can see her. I dream at 78 years old would be to meet her in person. Thank you Darci for who you are. Darci is by far the best ventriloquist I have ever seen. When I was a Senior in high school I dated a girl from Australia. Her name was Robyn. Her dad was the best ventriloquist in the 1960's. His name was Clifford Guest.He was great, but Darcy is the BEST. I wish her the best in the future.

That's the thing though, she is so good at ventriloquism that she convinces the audience that it's the puppet that is singing not her. It's a form of illusion that she is very good at. She's a ventriloquist, singer, actor and I'd say she also qualifies as a magician.

Others can only do a very limited number of songs or variations of their original act. But not only can she do ventriloquism but she can sing and apparently act as well. I'm at best a mediocre ventriloquist and I only ever used sock puppets and home made muppets. I can sometimes fool little kids but Darci is an absolute genius, a master at this and she's not even old enough to vote. I've been doing this since before her parents were born and she's a hundred times better than me at it. I would say what she does qualifies her as a magician as well as she convinces us of the illusion of an inanimate object come to life

She was the only thing that helped me get through a huge change in my life as an 11 year old girl.
