Sauber activelly sabotaged Nasr's car throughout 2016, because their main sponsor, TETRAPAK's owner, Ruben Rauser, said "I'll only continue financing the team if ERIKSSON KEEPS GETTING AHEAD OF HIS TEAMMATE" (NASR). It's good that Nasr went to places (USA) where talent still speaks louder than money. (Btw, TETRAPAK is a swedish-swiss company)

Such talented driver. Just look at what he’s been showing in IMSA the last few years. A shame his F1 career got cut short

Nasr could be on F1 until now, bit unfortunately money is better than talent in F1. Nice video Bro, Congrats.
@SportSighted3 жыл бұрын
Cheers Man! I agree, Nasr could've still been in F1 even today, had plenty of talent!
@Lucaz9911 ай бұрын
He still killing it in racing, F1 is not just about talent like you said, if it was I think he should still be racing in F1. The field of talent in F1 seems so dry, partly because they just locked everyone in huge contracts

Very underrated driver even in 2015 loved watching the guy and his style thought he deserved a better chance

And in 2016, at brazillian GP, he take a P9, make firts points for the team in this season.

It’s a weird case with Nasr because it feels like we never saw much of him in F1, I can’t remember what he sounds like and I barely remembered what he looked like until I watched this.

There's this guy who was a reserve driver called Alfonso Celis whom suddenly disappeared form f1 and other categories. A mistery. Maybe you could make a video of him too, it is honestly a very strange situation. Check his videos here on KZbin. He was a reserve driver for force india to be incognito

He was really a very good driver, it's a shame he didn't have the space he deserved in f1, such a good driver, who unfortunately will never have a chance in a big team

His interview with Dinner With Racers is awesome, Sauber shafted him because Ericsson was bank rolling the team, he didn't even have working tyre warmers.

One was living his last F1 seasons and the other was at the time starting his career. I remember a video that came out during the 2016 Brazilian GP weekend with both of them were one were supposed to end his career at the end of that season and the other to carry on as the Brazilian name in F1 but everything went the other way round for a single season with Massa taking another season with Williams before retiring and Nasr loosing his seat at F1 due to Sauber's dirty games.

You're wrong. He gave a couple of interviews explaining what happened in those years. Sauber was broken when Tetrapark showed up saying that this would buy that if Ericsson finished ahead Nasr. Such a disgrace.

Listen to the Dinner With Racers episode. They didn't give him working tyre warmers, he was running parts of the previous seasons car which was never designed to run on the current car.
