I read that foreigners can't buy land or houses in Thailand but only condos..... Is that correct?

yep, They can't own land , They can own a condo , which is an individual unit, and not the land . They can rent the land for say 100 year lease (or what ever you want ) and build a house to live in. But really do we really own anything anyway?

Well Joe , This is a marketing error, and here is why , (1)foreigner joe (FJ) has 22.5 k subscribers @UCM3_KrbauYklIEwyhI4K0vA (TGG) has about 14.1 k. Lets hypothetically say , most of those subscribers are cross overs from FJ. Which means you have lost 8000 subscribers in the cutover. (2) Your video liberary have a catalog of videos, when a persons lands on your channel , they will check out the videos and watch some of them also , increasing total views and time , increasing revenue . (3) Views per minute rate , with a higher subscription base , when you post a video FJ will get more views per minute. There is nothing wrong with having two channels so keep both channel active and post the same video on each . Hope all is well !!
