technically BTD only worked because it had a trigger in that once placed on someone it will kill that person then reset time, so its more along the lines of unless KC gets attacked again, they cant use BTD at the moment

It kinda makes sense why she doesn't remember much about Jolyne and subsequently Stone Free: 1. Original universe with Jolyne were reset. 2. The second universe could potentially reset her memories and because Pucci transported to a time before anything in part 6 happened Made in Heaven didn't actually have any memories of Qline. 3. Her head was literally bashed into piano. 4. With second reset Jolyne became literally a normal person and now can't be remembered to have any stand at all.

Uhm... Made In Heaven was created to reset the universe and brought "happiness". So it make sense that she's like this. In this comic, the stand's personality are based on what it is for. Like the world being "conquering the world" and silent. King crimson maintaining the mafia similar to a king. C-Moon, being a middle child, ignored... GER with god complex because of being all powerful and stuff while SCR is silent as they just want to protect the arrow and keep it's dying user's last wish in check.
