My mental state isn’t good at all right now.. I’ll give myself a 3 maybe.. From my boys, to work, to trying to take care of me is weighing me down.. I don’t like my job, I don’t wanna be in the city I’m in, and I can’t take care of myself the way I want and need to because of my job and taking care of my boys.. it’s ALOT on me and I never get a break.. No time to or for myself.. My anxiety is ALWAYS through the roof.. I have some ok days, but I have more bad than ok days.. what keeps me going is believing it’s going to get better.. but I’m most definitely not happy.. However, I’m about to start my loc journey Sunday.. I’m nervous but excited too.. Hopefully this will be a new start to everything for me..

i know ure into natural skincare... so try using vitamins both supplements and topical.. like vitamin c and vitamin b3 also called niacinamide.. Azelaic acid is also good and gentle

i have had acne since 4th grade.. til last year.. i have come to accept that i cant do everything everyone else does and achieve the same results.. i cant eat sugar or dairy.. or refined foods.. so u can look into that as well.. i hated all the change but now i dont even crave sugar.. and my face has improved 80%

my mental advice is to add on to what you said, have a routine, do affirmations, a creative outlet, a hobby, and something to keep you active. self care is SO SO important too, and to feed your mind with positivity. lastly practice having a positive mindset has helped me also ✨
