Only 3 questions: 1. do I need my business name or LLC before I apply for my license or permit and 2 .what specific permit or license will I be applying for? example vendors permit selling ? 3. Can I sell other stuff with the cart ? Ex water& chips ? Thanks

1 not necessarily but it’s good to have both ready 2 vendors permit but go to your local city hall they will answer all your questions keep in mind every state is different best place to go is city hall 3 I used to sell other things like water and soda ....chips I’m not sure because if your going to be outside all day in hot weather I think the chips will go bad after awhile but double check with your local city hall they literally answered all my questions

That’s a great question I wouldn’t even know unfortunately I never used that but the vendors by me would put in their mini van and transport it. They had a wood ramp so it was easy to offload. Best of luck to you let me know what u come up with

Bro no worries u can always do other things The cart is a little heavy yes it has wheels but if u have to move it around all day it catches up to you Even for me as a young man 27 year old man my body was killing me everyday But if u have a spot to put it at and just stay there then u should be ok
